摘要
大学生是国家和社会的未来,他们的健康成长关乎国家的建设和长远发展。然而由于大学生内部因素和外部各类压力影响,当代大学生心理问题愈趋严重,主要表现在:角色转换与适应障碍导致的心理压力、学习方式转变与学习动力不足导致的学习压力、交际困难与交往能力弱导致的人际关系压力、家庭经济困难导致的经济压力与精神压力、就业形势严峻与人才竞争激烈导致的就业压力、性知识欠缺与恋爱观不成熟导致的心理压力、性格和情绪问题导致的心理压力、境遇型事件造成的心理压力等。究其原因主要是:个体与自我产生冲突、个体与他人产生冲突、个体与环境产生冲突、价值观念冲突等引发的心理压力。立足于大学生健康成长的内在需求,应积极通过构建心理压力常态化预防机制、动态性预警机制、心理危机事件干预机制对大学生进行心理干预和预防,从而保障大学生心理健康。
College students are the future of the country and society whose healthy growth is closely related to the long-term construction and sound development of the country.However,under the internal factors and external pressure,the psychological problems of contemporary college students are becoming increasingly serious.The problems are mainly manifested as follows:the psychological pressure is triggered by role transformation and maladjustment,the pressure of study is caused by study methods change and weak learning motivation,the interpersonal stress by communication difficulties and weak communication skills,the mental and economical pressure by the underprivileged family,the employment pressure by the severe employment situation and fierce talent competition,the psychological stress by weak awareness of sexual knowledge and immaturity towards love,the mental pressure by the personality and emotion and the pressure from situational events.The main reasons are psychological pressure caused by the conflicts between individual and self,individual and others,individual and environment,and of values.Based on the inner demand of healthy growth of college students,psychological intervention should be carried out by constructing normal prevention mechanism of psychological stress,dynamic precaution mechanism and psychological crisis intervention mechanism to ensure the healthy psychological growth of college students.
