变电站全停预案自动生成技术研究

摘要 当发生变电站全停事故时,缩短故障决策过程,对于减少停电损失十分重要。目前配电网故障后决策过程主要依赖人工过多,计算复杂性高,决策效率低。通过对变电站主配网数据建模与收集分析,开发出适应于配电网故障决策的变电站全停预案,在故障来临时,能够快速给出恢复预案,可有效减少故障恢复时间,将停电故障对用户的不良影响大大降低。 When the whole substation power failure happening,shortening the decision hours is very important for re-ducing the poweroff losses.Now the decision process after the distribution network fault mainly depend on artificial work.The calculation is complex and the decision efficiency is low.By building the primary and distribution network date models,the contingency plan of whole substation power failure is developped.When the fault happens,the contin-gency plan can be given quickly.The fault recovery time and the undesirable effects of users will be reduced.
