生化免疫检验中化学发光免疫测定技术对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的分析生化免疫检验中化学发光免疫测定技术对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法96例疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者,取血液样本2份,1份行常规生化免疫检验,另外1份采取化学发光免疫测定技术检验。以术后病理检查结果为“金标准”,对比常规生化免疫检验与化学发光免疫测定技术检验对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断效能及生化免疫检验相关指标。结果化学发光免疫测定技术检验的特异度、灵敏度、符合率分别为97.83%、94.00%、95.83%,均明显高于常规生化免疫检验的69.57%、72.00%、70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学发光免疫测定技术检验球蛋白、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、甲状腺球蛋白水平分别为(13.69±3.34)g/L、(37.39±3.24)pmol/L、(687.29±3.56)ng/ml均明显高于常规生化免疫检验的(12.35±3.31)g/L、(25.37±3.25)pmol/L、(628.34±3.55)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化免疫检验中化学发光免疫测定技术对诊断甲状腺肿瘤的应用价值显著,诊断特异度、灵敏度及符合率均较高,因此值得推广及应用。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in biochemical immunoassay for thyroid tumors.Methods In 96 patients with suspected thyroid tumors,two blood samples were taken,one for conventional biochemical immunoassay and the other for chemiluminescence immunoassay.The results of postoperative pathological examination were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic efficacy of conventional biochemical immunoassay and chemiluminescence immunoassay on thyroid tumors and the related indexes of biochemical immunoassay.Results The specificity,sensitivity,and coincidence rate of chemiluminescence immunoassay were 97.83%,94.00%,and 95.83%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 69.57%,72.00%,and 70.83%of conventional biochemical immunoassays,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of globulin,free triiodothyronine,and thyroglobulin of chemiluminescence immunoassay were(13.69±3.34)g/L,(37.39±3.24)pmol/L,and(687.29±3.56)ng/ml respectively,which were significantly higher than(12.35±3.31)g/L,(25.37±3.25)pmol/L,and(628.34±3.55)ng/ml of the conventional biochemical immunoassay,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the biochemical immunoassay,chemiluminescence immunoassay has significant application value in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors,and the diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate are high,which is worthy of promotion and application.
