摘要
目的:应用数据挖掘的方法分析治疗尿崩症中药专利的用药规律,为该病的临床用药提供参考.方法:在中国知网以“尿崩症”“中药”等关键词检索其收录的治疗尿崩症的中药专利,利用Microsoft Office Excel表格的统计功能对专利复方所载的中药进行频数和五味、归经统计分析;使用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件分析关联规则、配伍规律;利用IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0进行高频中药聚类分析.结果:共纳入治疗尿崩症的中药复方专利文献40篇,涉及中药145味,使用频次不低于10次的中药有山药、麦冬、枸杞子、五味子、党参、黄芪等15味,这些高频中药以补虚类、清热类为主,五味多属甘,主要归肾经、肺经、脾经,其中最常用的中药为山药和麦冬.关联规则显示常用药对为山药-党参、黄芪-党参、黄芪-山药等;聚类分析得到6类有潜在聚类配伍关系的中药组合.结论:治疗尿崩症应以补虚药为主,辅以清热、利水渗湿之药,重在滋养肾阴、清热润肺和健脾补肾.
Objective:to analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine patent for diabetes in⁃sipidus by using data mining method,and to provide reference for clinical medication of diabetes insipi⁃dus.Methods:on CNKI platform,the patents of diabetes insipidus treatment are searched by keywords such as"diabetes insipidus"and"traditional Chinese medicine";IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 software is used to analyze association rules and compatibility rules.IBM SPSS statistics 23.0 is applied to do cluster anal⁃ysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine.Results:a total of 40 patent literatures of compound prescriptions for diabetes insipidus are included,involving 145 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and 15 kinds of them are used at least 10 times,such as dioscoreae rhizoma,Ophiopogon japonicus,Lycium barbarum,Schisandra chinensis,Codonopsis pilosula,Astragalus membranaceus,etc.Among them,the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are dioscoreae rhizoma(17,42.5%)and Ophiopogon japonicus(17,42.5%).The association rules shows that the commonly used drug pairs are dioscoreae rhi⁃zoma-Codonopsis,Astragalus-Codonopsis,Astragalus-dioscoreae rhizoma,etc.Cluster analysis indicates that there are 6 kinds of Chinese medicine combinations with potential cluster compatibility.Conclusion:the treatment of diabetes insipidus should be based on tonifying deficiency drugs,supplemented by heat clearing,diuretic and dampness infiltrating drugs,focusing on Nourishing Kidney Yin,clearing heat and moistening lung,strengthening spleen and kidney.
