摘要
为明确应用不同施肥措施对甘肃省永登县芹菜品质和生理性状的影响,于2019年~2020年在芹菜单施化肥(T)、有机肥配施化肥(YTF1/2)、单施有机肥(YTF)三个处理措施下,检测芹菜各项品质指标和生理性状,以期在减少化肥施用的同时提高芹菜的品质和生理性状。结果表明:2019年芹菜长势相比2020年芹菜长势较好。芹菜VC、可溶性糖、芹菜素、叶绿素总量、株高在两年平均中表现YTF1/2处理>YTF处理>T处理,芹菜叶面积指数和产量在两年平均中表现YTF1/2处理>T处理>YTF处理,芹菜膳食纤维在两年平均中表现T处理>YTF1/2处理>YTF处理。两年YTF1/2处理可显著提高芹菜的VC、可溶性糖、芹菜素、叶绿素、株高、叶面积指数和产量,相比单施化肥和有机肥可实现增产12.48%和18.16%。可见有机肥配施化肥相较于单施化肥和单施有机肥可以显著提升甘肃省永登县芹菜的品质和产量。
In order to clarify the effect of different fertilization measures on the quality and physiological characteristics of celery in Yongdeng County,Gansu Province,in 2020,chemical fertilizer(YTF 1/2)and YTF applied celery in 2020,to detect the quality indicators and physiological characteristics of celery,in order to improve the quality and physiological characteristics of celery while reducing the application of chemical fertilizer.The results showed that celery in 2019 grew better than in 2020.Celery VC,soluble sugar,celerin,total chlorophyll,plant high in two-year average YTF 1/2 processing>YTF processing>YTFT processing,celery leaf area index and yield in two-year average YTF 1/2 processing>YTFT processing>YTF processing,celery dietary fiber performance T processing in two-year average>YTFYTF 1/2 processing>YTF processing.Two years of YTF 1/2 treatment can significantly increase celery'VC,soluble sugar,Celerin,chlorophyll,plant height,leaf area index and yield,increasing 12.48%and 18.16%compared with single fertilizer and organic fertilizer.It can be seen that compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer,the chemical fertilizer and the single application of organic fertilizer can significantly improve the quality and output of celery in Yongdeng county,Gansu province.
