摘要
结合广州市某热力电厂烟囱为实例,研发烟囱钢筋混凝土外筒壁与内楼板滑模同步浇筑成型施工工艺,通过调整滑模施工设备内外模板、改善筒壁与内楼板施工流程、增强空滑阶段支撑钢管稳定性等几个方面,实现了滑模施工工艺下烟囱混凝土外筒壁与内楼板的同步施工,极大提高了烟囱滑模施工速度。为同类工程施工提供了新思路。
Combining with practice of the chimney construction in a thermal power plant of Guangzhou,research synchronous pouring construction technology of reinforced concrete outer tube wall and inner floor of chimney.From the aspects of adjusting the internal and ex‐ternal templates of sliding mode construction equipment,improving construction process of tube wall and inner floor,strengthening stability of supported steel pipe in air slip stage.The synchronous construction of chimney concrete outer wall and inner floor slab under sliding mode construction technology is realized,which greatly improves the construction speed of chimney sliding mode.It provides a new idea for the construction of similar projects.
