摘要
我国物联网技术目前正高速发展,智能工业是物联网技术应用的重要领域。针对中小型加工企业存在的手工记录或生产状态不清、安全生产水平较低等典型问题,利用Zigbee、传感器等物联网的典型技术设计智能管理系统,为企业管理者进行生产过程控制、生产环境监测以及促进安全生产等提供保障。通过实际测试,系统能够解决企业实际问题,效果良好。
The Internet of things technology is developing rapidly in China, and intelligent industry is an important field of Internet of things technology Application. Aiming at the typical problems of manual recording, unclear production status and low level of safety production in small and medium-sized processing enterprises, the intelligent management system is designed by using ZigBee, sensors and other typical technologies of Internet of things, which can provide guarantee for enterprise managers to control production process, monitor production environment and promote safety production. Through the actual test, the system can solve the actual problems of enterprises, and the effect is good.
