摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以持续性气流受限为特征的常见呼吸系统疾病,气道重塑是COPD气流受限的重要病理生理学基础,近年来,有研究表明,上皮间充质转化(EMT)与COPD气道重塑的发生、发展密切相关,抑制EMT可能成为治疗COPD的新方向。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation.Airway remodeling is the important pathophysiological basis of airflow limitation in COPD.Recent studies suggest that epithelial mensenchymal transition(EMT)is closely correlated with the occurrence and development of airway remodeling of COPD.Inhibiting EMT may be a new direction in the treatment of COPD.
