摘要
为考察益母草对待产母猪分娩过程、产仔性能和产后炎症的影响,选择胎次相近、产期相近的大白母猪36头,随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组拌料益母草粉20 g·头^(-1)·d^(-1),于预产期前10天开始一直进行到分娩当天。结果显示:试验组和对照组各个指标差异均不显著,但在数值上试验组健仔数比对照组多1.61头,仔猪初生均重多0.05 kg,死胎数减少0.5头,初生重变异系数降低1.22百分点,母猪产后炎症减少3头。表明本试验条件下益母草对母猪分娩过程、产仔性能和产后炎症的改善作用有限。
In order to investigate the effects of Leonurus japonicus(L.japonicus)on the farrowing process,farrowing performance and postpartum inflammation of sows,a total of 36 Large White sows with similar parity and similar parturition were selected and randomly divided into control group(L.japonicus powder 0 g per pig per day)and the experimental group(L.japonicus powder 20 g per pig per day),started 10 days before the expected delivery date and continued until the day of delivery.The results showed that there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group,but compared to the control group,the healthy piglets and the average birth weight was increased 1.61 and 0.05 kg in the experimental group,the stillbirths,the coefficient of variation of birth weight and the postpartum inflammation of sows was decreased 0.5,1.22 percentage point and 3.The result showed that L.japonicus motherwort had limited effects on sow delivery process,farrowing performance and postpartum inflammation.
