摘要
为研究枯草芽孢杆菌及其芽孢对稀土离子的耐受性,采用分光光度法与荧光法检测不同浓度铽离子对枯草芽孢杆菌芽孢萌发的影响。结果发现,浓度为1000μmol/L的铽离子抑制枯草芽孢杆菌芽孢的萌发,且铽离子浓度越高对萌发的抑制作用越强,饱和铽离子浓度在200~1000μmol/L。此外,对枯草芽孢杆菌的耐胁迫性质进行了研究,结果显示随着浓度的升高,铽离子对枯草芽孢杆菌生长的抑制作用增强,在浓度为2400μmol/L时抑制效果最强。
This paper studies the tolerance of Bacillus subtilis spores and cells against rare earth ions.We use UV and fluorescence spectrophotometry to study the effects of different concentrations of Tb;on the germination of Bacillus subtilis spores.It is found that 1000μmol/L Tb;inhibited the germination of Bacillus subtilis spores,the higher the Tb;concentration,the stronger the inhibitory effect.The saturated Tb;concentration is between 200 and 1000μmol/L.The paper also studies the tolerance properties of Bacillus subtilis,and the results show that the inhibitory effect on the growth of the Bacillus subtilis increased as Tb;concentration increased.The effect is the strongest when the Tb;concentration is 2400μmol/L.
