摘要
目的:建立3-巯基丙酸中硫代乳酸和3,3-二硫代二丙酸的定量检测方法。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。结果:硫代乳酸在0.756~3.025μg/mL范围内、3,3-二硫代二丙酸在0.322~16.086μg/mL范围内,均与峰面积线性关系良好,定量限浓度分别为0.7900μg/mL和0.3249μg/mL,回收率在90.0%~110.0%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,能有效测定3-巯基丙酸中硫代乳酸和3,3-二硫代二丙酸的含量。
Object:To establish a method for the determination of thiolactic acid and 3,3-dithiodipropionic in 3-mercaptopropionic acid.Method:HPLC.Result:The linear range of thiolactic acid is 0.756~3.025μg/mL and the linear range of 3,3-dithiodipropionic is 0.322~16.086μg/mL.There is a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of thiolactic acid and 3,3-dithiodipropionic;The LOQ is 0.7900μg/mL for thiolactic acid and 0.3249μg/mL for 3,3-dithiodipropionic.The recoveries range is from 90.0%to 110.0%.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity,it can be used for the assay control of thiolactic acid and 3,3-dithiodipropionic in 3-mercaptopropionic.
