德国职业学院教师培养模式的发展历程及其主要特征 被引量:2

The Development Process and Main Characteristics of Teacher Training Model of Vocational College in Germany

摘要 伴随德国职业技术人才不断在实践领域取得系列新成就,以双元制人才培养模式为主要特点的德国职业教育受到研究者的广泛关注。有研究表明,规范化、体系化的德国职业学院教师培养模式是德国职业教育取得成功的重要保障。从德国职业学院教师培养模式的发展历程来看,其经历了以探索教师培养规范为主要特征的前制度化时期、以促进教师培养区域均衡发展为特征的制度化时期、以促进教师培养欧洲一体化为特征的大发展时期。总的来看,德国职业学院教师培养模式呈现出以下主要特征:由最初注重培养教师的基本能力逐步发展为注重多种能力;教师培养周期逐渐延长;专业设置及教学管理方式不断实用化;保障制度逐渐多样化。 With a series of new achievements of German technical talents in the field of practice,German vocational education characterized by dual system has attracted more and more attention of researchers. Studies have shown that the standardized and systematic training of teachers in Vocational Colleges ensures the success of German vocational education to a certain extent. From the development process of teacher training model in Vocational Colleges,we can find that the teacher training model has gone through a pre-institutionalized period characterized by exploring teacher training norms,an institutionalized period characterized by promoting the regional balanced development of teacher training,and a great development period characterized by promoting the European integration of teacher training. On the whole,the teacher training model of Vocational Colleges shows the following characteristics:from the initial focus on teachers’ basic abilities to multiple abilities;the training cycle is gradually prolonged;the professional setting and teaching management mode are gradually practical;the support system is gradually diversified.
