摘要 首先对0.4 kV应急发电车保供电应用现状进行了描述,对配电网运检过程中造成负荷停电、操作缺陷等进行详细阐述,提出了一种移动式发电车低压台区不停电作业负荷快速切换方法。利用切换开关快速励磁驱动技术,通过DSP高速采样精准预判并网转换动作时机,并网后通过并网时刻瞬时检测及瞬时解列技术,保证负荷在不停电的情况下实现市电与发电机之间平稳过渡。经过实地运行测试,表明了所提方法运行安全、可靠,为配电网运检提供了一种新的解决方案。 This paper describes the application status of 0.4 kV emergency power generator vehicle to ensure the power supply,the load outage and operational defects caused by the operation detection of distribution network are described in detail.A fast switching method of uninterrupted operation load without power outage in lowvoltage transformer area of mobile generator is proposed.It uses high response excitation driving technology of the change-over switch,and through the DSP high-speed sampling to predict the action time of grid connection conversion accurately.After the grid-connection,instantaneous detection at grid-connection time and instantaneous disassembly technology are used to ensure the load in the case of without power outage to achieve a smooth transition between the mains and generators.After the field operation test,it shows that this method is more efficient,safe and reliable for the operation and inspection of distribution network without power outage.
