摘要
针对锂离子电池长期串联使用出现的不一致问题,提出了一种基于双向反激变换器的新型低成本均衡电路。均衡电路以荷电状态为均衡判据,包含采样判定电路、电池选通电路、双向反激变换器三部分。介绍了电路的工作原理和低成本实现方式,针对含有6节单体电池的串联电池组制作了均衡电路样机,实验结果表明,该均衡电路可以有效均衡串联锂离子电池组,并在装置成本方面具有明显优势。
Aiming at the unbalance problem of lithium ion batteries after long term use in series,this paper proposes a novel low cost equalization circuit,which is based on bidirectional flyback converter.The equalization circuit takes the state of charge as the equalization criterion,and includes three parts:the sampling and judging circuit,the battery gating circuit,and the bidirectional flyback converter.This paper details the principle of the circuit and the way to reduce the cost.An equalization circuit prototype is made for a series battery pack containing 6 cells.The experimental results show that the proposed equalization circuit can effectively equalize series connected lithium ion battery packs,and has obvious advantages in terms of cost.
