摘要
近年来,液压顶升平台翻模技术在垃圾焚烧电厂烟囱筒身施工中的应用日益增多。对于超高大尺寸烟囱施工,采用滑模技术很难满足质量安全及工期要求。本文以某垃圾焚烧电厂为例,采用液压顶升平台翻模施工技术进行烟囱筒身结构施工,避免了滑模施工对混凝土成型质量及烟囱整体稳定性的影响,经实践证明在质量安全进度方面可控。
The application of hydraulic lifting platform in chimney barrel construction of waste incineration power plant is increasing in recent years. For the construction of super large size chimney, it is difficult to meet the requirements of quality safety and time limit by using sliding form technology. Taking a waste incineration power as an example, this paper introduces the use of turnover formwork construction technology with hydraulic lifting platform for chimney barrel structure, so as to avoid the sliding form construction on the concrete forming quality and the overall stability of the chimney. The practice has proved that the quality and safety is within the controllable schedule.
