摘要
我国金融科技虽然发展很快,但质量不高、风险较大。为促进提升我国金融科技水平,增强金融普惠性,系统回顾中外金融科技的研究成果,梳理从产品/服务、技术、企业、产业和创新5类视角下对金融科技的认知,比较金融科技与"科技金融""互联网金融"概念的异同,解构金融科技的主要类型和生态体系,在勾勒历史演进和分析发展要素的基础上得出目前全球金融科技初步形成了以市场需求拉动为主要特征的中国模式、以核心技术驱动为主要特征的美国模式和以制度框架建设为主要特征的英国模式,并从业务发展和风险管理两个方面总结金融科技对金融业的重要影响。最后,结合中国金融科技面临的4个方面挑战,给出夯实技术基础、关注科技巨头、强化专利保护、发展监管科技等对策建议。
Although China’s fintech is developing rapidly, it is of low quality and at high risk. In order to promote the level of China’s fintech and enhance the universality of financial inclusion, this paper systematically reviews the research results of financial science and technology at home and abroad, combs the cognition of financial science and technology from five perspectives of products/services, technology, enterprises, industry and innovation, compares the similarities and differences of the concept between "fintech" and "science and technology finance" and "Internet finance",deconstructs the main types and ecosystem of financial science and technology, and on the basis of drawing the historical evolution and analyzing the development factors, finds that the current global fintech has initially formed a Chinese model driven by market demand, the American model driven by core technology, and the British model with institutional framework construction as the main characteristics, further, summarizes the important impact of fintech on the financial industry from two aspects of business development and risk management. Finally, combined with four challenges of fintech faced by China, the paper gives policy suggestions such as consolidating technical foundation,paying attention to technology giants, strengthening patent protection and developing regulatory technology.
