康定市鱼类多样性野外调查与评估

Field Investigation and Evaluation of Fish in Kangding City

摘要 2017年春季和夏季调查了康定市大渡河和立曲河水系鱼类多样性及分布,采用Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou's均匀度指数评估康定市鱼类多样性状况及主要威胁因素。调查结果表明,康定市域内共分布鱼类45种(亚种),隶属于3目8科22属,其中8种为外来种,37种为自然分布的土著鱼类。组成上以鲤形目Cypriniformes鲤科Cyprinidae的裂腹鱼亚科Schizothoracinae和条鍬科Nemacheilidae为主,占土著鱼类总物种数的78.37%0珍稀濒危鱼类共14种,川陕哲罗鮭Hucho bleekeri是国家一级重点保护野生鱼类。中国特有种25种。为加强康定市鱼类多样性保护与管理,建议加强流域层面的鱼类本底调查,建立重点物种栖息地保护区域,加强保护宣传,规范放生等。 In the spring and summer of 2017,the diversity and distribution of fishes in Dadu River and Liqu River in Kangding City were explored by field investigation,and the fish species were evaluated by Margalef richness index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou's evenness index,and the main threat factors of fish were analyzed.The results showed that there are 45 fish species(subspecies)belonging to 22 genera,8 families and 3 orders.Among them,8 species are alien species,37 species are indigenous fishes.In terms of species composition,Schizothoracinae of Cyprinidae and Nemacheilidae are the dominant species accounting for 78.37% of the total of indigenous fish species.There are 14 species of rare and endangered fishes,including a class I nationally key protected species,Hucho bleekeri,and 25 species are endemic to China.In order to strengthen the protection and management of fish diversity in Kangding City,it is suggested to improve the fish background investigation at the basin level,establish the habitat protection area of key species,enhance the protection publicity,and standardize the release.
