摘要
介绍了贵溪冶炼厂硫酸一系列离子液脱硫装置的工艺流程、运行过程中存在的问题及优化措施。通过采取改变烟道材质并在烟道设置雾化喷嘴,采用两段一体式净化塔,在离子液脱硫塔设置富液内循环工艺和液碱应急喷淋装置,在再生塔内部设置填料和集液盘、塔外设置酸性气冷凝液换热器,以及对离子液进行冷冻结晶分离处理等优化措施,提升了脱硫装置的脱硫效率。脱硫装置实现了长周期稳定运行,脱硫效率大于95%,脱硫塔出口尾气中ρ(SO_(2))<50 mg/m^(3),离子液中ρ(Na^(+))<0.5 g/L,钠盐富集速度缓慢。
The process flow, problems existing in operation and optimization measures of ionic liquid desulfurization units for No.1 sulphuric acid series in Guixi Smelter are introduced. By changing the flue material and setting atomizing nozzle in the flue, adopting two-stage integrated purification tower, setting rich liquid internal circulation process and liquid alkali emergency spraying device in the ionic liquid desulfurization tower, setting packing and liquid collecting tray inside the regeneration tower, setting acid gas condensate heat exchanger outside the tower, and freezing crystallization separation treatment of ionic liquid, the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization unit is improved. The desulfurization unit has realized long-term stable operation, and the desulfurization efficiency is higher than 95%, the ρ(SO_(2)) in the tail gas at the outlet of desulfurization tower is less than 50 mg/m^(3), the ρ(Na^(+)) in ionic liquid is less than 0.5 g/L, and the enrichment rate of sodium salt is slow.
