摘要
介绍了中原黄金冶炼厂离子交换技术在脱硫离子液脱盐净化装置中的应用情况,针对离子液循环脱硫技术普遍存在热稳定性盐积聚的问题,分析了热稳定性盐的成因及危害,阐述了脱盐装置的工艺原理、工艺流程以及运行过程中存在的问题。经改进后,脱硫吸收剂中热稳定性盐的含量得到有效控制,其中ρ(SO_(4)^(2-))可控制在60 g/L以内,ρ(Cl^(-))可控制在100 mg/L以内,既能保证脱硫吸收剂的品质,又有利于装置安全长周期稳定运行。
The application of ion exchange technology in desulfurization ionic liquid desalination purification unit in Zhongyuan Gold Smelter is introduced. In view of the common problem of heat stable salts accumulation in ionic liquid circulating desulfurization technology, the causes and hazards of heat stable salts are analyzed, and the process principle and process flow and the problems during operation of desalination equipment are expounded. After improvement, the content of heat stable salts in desulfurization absorbent is effectively controlled, in which ρ(SO_(4)^(2-)) can be controlled within 60 g/L, ρ(Cl^(-)) can be controlled within 100 mg/L, which can not only ensure the quality of desulfurization absorbent, but also conducive to the safe and long-term stable operation of the unit.
