摘要
目的:建立荜铃胃痛颗粒中吴茱萸碱与吴茱萸次碱含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,应用Ultimate AQ-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(38∶62)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长:吴茱萸碱226 nm,吴茱萸次碱342 nm。结果:吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱进样量分别在66.96~669.6 ng和45.94~459.4 ng的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),加样平均回收率分别为96.39%和95.83%,RSD分别为1.10%和1.33%。结论:本方法专属性强,操作简单,检测结果准确,可以为荜铃胃痛颗粒的质量控制提供参考。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Biling weitong granules.Methods:High-performance liquid chromatograpy(HPLC)method was used with Ultimate AQ-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(38∶62),with a 1.0 ml/min flow rate.The column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelengths for evodiamine and retaecarpine were 226 nm and 342 nm,respectively.Results:Evodiamine,rutaecarpine had a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 66.96~666.9 ng and 45.94~459.4 ng,respectively(r=0.9995).The average recoveries were 96.39%(RSD was 1.10%)and 95.83%(RSD was 1.33%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is specific,simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of fructus evodiae in Biling Weitong granules.
