摘要
在概述一热电厂输煤皮带老式导料槽运行过程中存在的粉尘大、易洒煤、皮带磨损严重,导料槽皮子等异物易卷入皮带等问题的基础上,提出了低成本的设置抑尘板的导料槽抑尘结构优化策略,并分别对抑尘板均匀布置和递增布置两种方案的抑尘效果进行比较。结果表明,增设抑尘板后导料槽出口颗粒可减少80%左右,且在抑尘板递增布置的情况下,涡流蓄积及除尘效果更具有持续性。
On the basis of summarizing the problems of large dust,easy to sprinkle coal,serious belt wear and the foreign matter such as the gathering sill leather easy to be involved in the belt during the operation of the old gathering sill of the coal conveyor in a thermal power plant,this paper proposed a low-cost optimization strategy for the dust suppression structure of the gathering sill with dust suppression plates,and compared the dust suppression effects of the two solutions of uniform and incremental placement of the dust suppression plate.The results show that the particles at the outlet of the gathering sill can be reduced by about 80%after the addition of the dust suppression plate,and the vortex accumulation and dust removal effect are more sustainable when the dust suppression plate is arranged incrementally.
