摘要
高品质消费和高质量供给分别是需求侧管理和供给侧改革的重要方面,通过以技术为中介分别形成的结构优化和收入提升正反两条路径是二者互相促进的理论框架。通过生产要素的配置重构对生产目标和结构的创新、平台模式变革对供给主体和供给模式的创新以及循环效率提升助力供给和再供给的创新是高品质消费引领高质量供给发展的具体机制。而在消费引领供给发展中在技术传导机制、消费心理转变、消费表达释放和消费生态建设四方面存在的制约因素,仍需要通过有效技术创新推动产业结构升级、挖掘消费潜力提升供给复杂度、培育新型消费理念创新供给主体以及优化消费生态增强供给循环效率四条路径来解决,从而有效提升高品质消费引领和助推高质量供给的能力。
High-quality consumption and high-quality supply are important aspects of demand-side management and supply-side reform,respectively.The two paths of structure optimizing and income improving formed through the intermediary of technology are the theoretical frameworks for the consumption and supply to promote each other.The innovation of production goals and structure through the configuration and reconstruction of production factors,the innovation of the supply body and supply mode through the transformation of the platform model,and the innovation of re-supply through improvement of circulation efficiency are three specific mechanisms for high-quality consumption to lead high-quality supply.And in this process,the restrictive factors existing in the four aspects of technology transmission,consumer psychology transformation,consumption expression release and consumer environment construction still need to be solved through effective technological innovation to promote industrial structure upgrading,taping consumption potential to increase supply complexity,cultivating new consumption concepts to innovate supply entities,and optimizing consumption ecology to enhance supply cycle efficiency,so as to effectively improve the ability of high-quality consumption to lead and boost high-quality supply.
