双系统互交验气体流量标准装置的研究与实现

Study and implementation on double gas flow standard device of mutual verification

摘要 提出了流量标准装置互校验理念,给出实现正压临界流音速喷嘴气体流量标准装置与正反吹钟罩式气体流量标准装置双系统互校验测量理论可行性,建立了正压临界流音速喷嘴气体流量标准装置与正反吹钟罩式气体流量标准装置的双系统互交验装置,采用先进的控制系统电路设计实现双系统自动控制,采用高精度罗茨流量计作为互校验仪表,通过实验数据表明,两套气体流量标准装置测量的一致性很好和可靠程度较高,验证了双系统互交验的有效性。对气体流量计量领域量值溯源具有一定意义。 The concept of mutual verification of flow standard device is put forward.The theoretical feasibility of double system mutual calibration measurement between positive pressure critical flow sonic nozzle gas flow standard device and forward and reverse flow bell type gas flow standard device is given.The double system mutual verification device of positive pressure critical flow sonic nozzle gas flow standard device and forward and reverse flow bell type gas flow standard device is established.The advanced control system circuit design is adopted to realize the double system automatic control.The high-precision roots flowmeter is used as the mutual verification instrument.The experimental data show that the good consistency and high reliability are obtained by the measurement results.The effectiveness of mutual verification of double devices is verified.It is of certain significance to the traceability of quantity value in the field of gas flow measurement.
