摘要
减震胶作为汽车车身上常用的焊装胶类化工材料,一般使用在车身机盖、四门、背门等部位,可起到减震、降噪、连接等作用。针对常见的机盖减震胶脱胶问题进行剖析,并给出解决方案,以达到减震胶的最佳性能需求。
As a commonly used welding adhesive material in automobile body,anti-flutter adhesive can be used in the hoods,four doors,back doors,etc.,to reduce vibration,noise and perform connection function.The common degumming problem of anti-flutter adhesive for hoods was analyzed and the solutions to achieve the best performance requirements of anti-flutter adhesive were put forword.
