“3S”集成技术对土地整治项目实施动态监测的影响

摘要 “3S”集成技术是指将遥感技术、全球定位系统以及地理信息系统融合在土地工程领域,进而提高土地工程质量和实施效率的技术手段。笔者从“3S”集成技术在土地整治项目中应用现状出发,就“3S”集成技术在土地整治规划、土地整治施工监管、土地整治验收评价以及土地整治移交管护中的应用情况进行了分析,为进一步提高土地整治动态监测工作成效提供科学参考。研究结果表明:“3S”集成技术与数据处理、地学分析等手段的有机结合,极大地促进了地表信息获取、土地面积测量、土地利用现状图绘制、灾害监测预警和规划等方面的研究和应用进程,显著提高了土地工程质量和实施效率,应用前景广阔。 “3S”integration technology refers to the technical means to integrate remote sensing technology,global positioning system and geographic information system in the field of land engineering,thereby improving the quality of land engineering and the efficiency of implementation.The author starts from“3S”integrated technology application status in land remediation projects,and discusses the application of“3S”integrated technology in land remediation planning,land remediation construction supervision,land remediation acceptance evaluation,and land remediation transfer management and protection.The analysis provides a scientific reference for further improving the effectiveness of the dynamic monitoring of land remediation.The research results show that the organic combination of“3S”integration technology with data processing,geological analysis and other means has greatly promoted the research and application process of surface information acquisition,land area measurement,land use status map drawing,disaster monitoring,early warning and planning,significantly improved the quality and implementation efficiency of land engineering,and has broad application prospects.
