摘要
长江大保护战略是党中央做出的重要部署,对实现中华民族的永续发展具有重要意义。该战略的顺利实施需要学界强大的科技支撑。采用文献计量方法分析了1992~2019年23019篇长江保护相关文献,探究了近30 a来长江流域保护的研究热点与前沿主题。结果表明:①近30 a间,长江保护相关研究成果丰富,研究成果数量总体上呈递增趋势,2016年的研究成果数量呈现激增态势;早期以中文文章为主,2013年以后英文文章占多数;文章期刊来源多样,涉及环境、生物、生态、地理、地质、海洋、渔业、大气等众多学科;中英文文章的作者以中国大陆学者为主,科研机构集中于长江流域的省(市)和北京市。②学界开展的长江保护研究领域主要有以下方向:三峡工程的生态环境影响与响应、长江上游生态治理、长江流域资源(水和生物等)开发利用与保护、长江流域水生生物多样性与保护、长江中下游湿地保护、长江流域生态环境风险与治理、长江水文过程与气候变化、长江流域地质与古气候、长江三角洲和河口生态环境、长江经济带保护与绿色发展等;中文文章的主题受国家政策和经济社会发展需求驱动显著,英文文章更侧重于基础科学研究。③目前的研究还缺乏社会科学和流域尺度保护治理综合研究等方面的理论与实践成果;在长江大保护的新形势与新机遇下,未来的研究可以围绕论证长江流域自然资本与中华文明发展的关系、基于生态系统整体性和流域系统性探讨“追根溯源、系统治疗”的方法、加强长江流域“山水林田湖草”综合研究以及拓展长江流域生态产品价值实现路径来展开,形成共抓长江大保护的科技支撑体系。
Changjiang River general protection strategy is an important national policy formulated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,which is vital for the sustainable development of Chinese civilization.The success of the strategy strongly relies on intellectual support from the scientific community.To guide the research work on Changjiang River protection,in the current study,we reviewed studies that have been done from 1992 to 2019 and summarized some research trends and hotspots using bibliometric analysis.According to our data,the research results showed an increasing trend on the whole and showed a surge trend in 2016.The number of Chinese articles was higher than that of English articles before 2013,but the pattern reversed after 2013.The articles were published on a large number of scientific journals,across various disciplines,such as environment,biology,ecology,geography,geology,ocean,fishery and atmosphere.The authors of Chinese and English articles were mainly from the research institutions located in the provinces(municipalities)of the Changjiang River Basin and Beijing City.The themes of the published papers primarily focused on the following:the ecological and environmental impacts of the Three Gorges Project,the ecological governance of the upper reaches of the Changjiang River,the utilization and protection of the natural resources in the Changjiang River Basin(e.g.water and biology,etc.),the aquatic biodiversity and conservation in the Changjiang River Basin,the wetland protection in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River,the ecological and environmental risks and management in the Changjiang River Basin,the hydrological processes and climate change in the Changjiang River Basin,the geology and paleoclimate of the Changjiang River Basin,the ecological and environmental characteristics in the Changjiang River Delta and estuary,and the protection and green development of the Changjiang River Economic Belt.The themes of the Chinese articles closely followed the latest national policies and urgent economic or social needs,while English articles concentrated on fundamental science issues.However,current research still lacked theoretical and practical results in social sciences and comprehensive research on watershed-scale protection and governance.To form a scientific and technological support system for Changjiang River protection,future research should demonstrate the relationships between the natural capital of the Changjiang River Basin and the continuity and inheritance of Chinese civilization,explore methods of“tracing the source and proposing systemic governance”for the Changjiang River Basin based on the ecosystem integrity and systemic nature of the river basin,strengthen the comprehensive research of the“mountains,rivers,forests,farmlands,lakes and grasslands”in the Changjiang River Basin,and expand paths to realize the value of ecological products in the Changjiang River Basin.
