摘要
目的:分析2019—2021年同期一季度湖南省食品安全监督抽检结果,增强食品安全监管工作的针对性和有效性,提高食品安全抽检的靶向性,为有关部门决策提供科学依据。方法:将收集到数据进行汇总,通过Excel软件,从食品类别、项目等不同维度进行数据分析。结果:不合格产品检出227批次,主要在食用农产品、饮料、肉制品等13个大类;不合格项目主要是兽药残留占29.52%、农药残留19.82%、食品添加剂18.06%、微生物14.98%。结论:从总体抽检情况看,食品安全性有待提高,建议完善抽检计划,加强高风险项目的监管,督促食品企业对食品添加剂、农兽药限量等标准的科学使用。
Objective:To analyze the results of food safety supervision and sampling inspection in Hunan Province in the first quarter of the same period from 2019 to 2021,enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of food safety supervision,improve the targeting of food safety sampling inspection,and provide scientific basis for decision-making of relevant departments.Methods:The collected data were summarized and analyzed from different dimensions such as food category and project by Excel software.Results:227 batches of unqualified products were detected,mainly in 13 categories such as edible agricultural products,beverages and meat products;The unqualified items are mainly veterinary drug residues,accounting for 29.52%,pesticide residues 19.82%,food additives 18.06%and microorganisms 14.98%.Conclusion:From the overall sampling situation,food safety needs to be improved.It is suggested to improve the sampling plan,strengthen the supervision of high-risk projects,and urge food enterprises to scientifically use food additives,agricultural and veterinary drug limits and other standards.
