摘要
本文建立了QuEChERS-气相色谱串联质谱法测定蔬菜、水果、食用菌中6种农药残留的方法,样品经提取、净化,气相色谱质谱联用仪测定,并研究该方法下6种农药分别在苹果、韭菜、白菜、蘑菇和豆角中的基质效应。结果表明,6种农药在0.01~0.5μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.99。在两种含量下加标,回收率为75.6%~119.5%,5种蔬菜对6种农药存在不同程度的基质效应。
In this paper,a QuEChERS-gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 6 pesticide residues in vegetables,fruits,and edible fungi is established.The samples are extracted,purified,and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The matrix effects of the six pesticides in apples,leeks,cabbage,mushrooms and cowpeas were studied.The results showed that the 6 pesticides had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01~0.5μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient r was all greater than 0.99.The recovery rate was 75.6%~119.5%at the two levels of standard addition.5 kinds of vegetables had different degrees of matrix effect on 6 kinds of pesticides.
