摘要
目的:观察隔药饼灸治疗卵巢储备功能减退肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的2018年6月—2019年10月在上海市宝山区中西医结合医院中医妇科门诊就诊的60例患者,按照随机数字表法分为隔药饼灸组30例和西药组30例。隔药饼灸组采用隔药饼灸法,每穴每次灸3壮,隔日1次;西药组采用西药周期疗法,1个月经周期为1个疗程。两组均连续治疗3个疗程后,观察月经情况、中医症状评分和性激素水平。结果:治疗后,两组月经来潮天数、月经量减少情况和中医症状评分较治疗前明显好转(均P<0.01),而隔药饼灸组改善情况更优于西药组(均P<0.01);治疗后,隔药饼灸组血清FSH、T及LH水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清E2水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),血清T水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),血清E2水平高于治疗前(P<0.05)、血清LH治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);隔药饼灸组治疗后血清FSH水平明显低于西药组(P<0.01),血清E2水平高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:隔药饼灸在改善卵巢储备功能减退肾虚血瘀证患者的月经情况、中医症状评分及性激素水平方面均优于西药治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The study group was treated with herbal cake-separated moxibustion(3 moxa for each point,once every other day),whereas the control group was treated with western medication cycle therapy(one period cycle is one course of treatment).After three continuous courses of treatment,the period condition,TCM symptom scores and sex hormone levels were observed in both groups.Results:The period duration,reduced period volume and TCM symptom scores were all significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);of which the improvements in the study group were more significant(P<0.01).In the study group,the serum levels of FSH,T and LH were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the serum level of E2 was significantly higher after the treatment than that before the treatment(P<0.01).In the control group,the serum levels of FSH and T were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),the serum level of E2 was higher after the treatment than that before the treatment(P<0.05),however there was no statistical difference in the serum level of LH between before and after the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the serum level of FSH was significantly lower(P<0.01),and the serum level of E2 was higher in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal cake-separated moxibustion is superior to western medication in terms of period condition,TCM symptom scores and sex hormone levels in patients with DOR of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
