摘要
目的探讨彝医针刺治疗对排卵障碍性不孕患者排卵率及临床妊娠率的影响。方法方便选取楚雄州中医医院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的排卵障碍性不孕患者72例,随机将其分为彝医针刺组(36例)与普通针刺组(36例)。所有患者均在卵泡期口服克罗米芬片促排卵治疗,普通针刺组给予常规促排卵针刺治疗,彝医针刺组在普通针刺组的基础上联合彝医针刺治疗。对比分析两组治疗后的排卵率、雌孕激素水平、妊娠结局和并发症的情况。结果治疗后彝医针刺组排卵率(72.82%)高于普通针刺组排卵率(56.18%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.484,P<0.05);彝医针刺组患者雌孕激素水平高于普通针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);彝医针刺组妊娠结局(44.44%)优于普通针刺组(38.88%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.229,P>0.05);两组并发症情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彝医针刺治疗可有效改善和提高排卵障碍性不孕患者的排卵率和雌激素水平,安全性高。
Objective To explore the influence of Yi medicine acupuncture treatment on the ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of ovulatory infertility patients.Methods Conveniently selected 72 ovulatory infertility patients who were admitted to Chuxiong State Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into Yi medical acupuncture group(36 cases)and ordinary acupuncture group(36 cases).All patients were treated with clomiphene tablets orally during the follicular phase.The common acupuncture group was given conventional ovulation stimulation acupuncture,and the Yi medical acupuncture group was combined with Yi medical acupuncture on the basis of the common acupuncture group.The ovulation rate,estrogen and progesterone levels,pregnancy outcome and complications of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the ovulation rate(72.82%)of the Yi medical acupuncture group was higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group(56.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.484,P<0.05);the level of estrogen and progesterone of patients in the Yi medical acupuncture group was higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pregnancy outcome of the Yi medical acupuncture group(44.44%)was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group(38.88%),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.229,P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yi medicine acupuncture treatment can effectively improve and increase the ovulation rate and estrogen level of ovulatory infertility patients with high safety.
