摘要
目的研究探讨对患牙隐裂伴随慢性牙髓炎的患者进行全冠修复联合根管治疗的功能恢复效果,并进行分析。方法方便选取该院在2019年1月—2021年1月之间所接收和治疗的牙隐裂伴随慢性牙髓炎的患者共116例作为此次研究对象,之后将其按照随机法分为两组,每组各58例,分别为一般组和研究组,一般组主要对患者进行常规治疗,研究组则对患者进行全冠修复联合根管治疗,之后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过观察可知,研究组在经过治疗后患者的咀嚼功能以及咬合功能评分明显高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率96.55%明显高于一般组的70.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.161,P<0.05);研究组发生并发症的概率3.44%明显低于一般组的18.96%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.017,P<0.05)。结论对于患有牙隐裂伴随慢性牙髓炎的患者,对其进行全冠修复联合根管治疗可以有效改善患者的临床病状,增加患者的咀嚼和咬合能力,且安全性能较佳,并发症较少。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of full crown restoration combined with root canal treatment on functional recovery for patients with cracked tooth and chronic pulpitis.Methods A total of 116 patients with cracked teeth and chronic pulpitis received and treated in the hospital between January 2019 and January 2021 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and then they were divided into 2 groups according to the random method,58 cases in each group,the general group and the study group.The general group mainly performs conventional treatment on patients,while the research group performs full crown repair combined with root canal treatment on the patients.Then the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After observation,the scores of masticatory function and occlusal function of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the general group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 70.68%in the general group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.161,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study room was 3.44%,which was significantly lower than 18.96%in the general group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.017,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cracked tooth and chronic pulpitis,full crown restoration combined with root canal treatment can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,increase the patient's chewing and bite ability,and have better safety performance and fewer complications.
