小儿肺炎支原体感染临床检验的诊断价值探讨 被引量:6

摘要 为研究使用微生物快速培养诊断措施和快速血清学检验措施诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染的价值和效果,本文选取2018年5月—2019年5月我院收治的小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿共90例进行研究,分别采用微生物快速培养检验措施和快速血清学检验措施,对比不同检验方式对该疾病的诊断效果,并对比不同病程患儿和不同年龄段患儿的诊断效果。结果显示,微生物快速培养措施的阳性率显著高于快速血清诊断,分别是92.23%和80.00%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;诊断4~7岁患儿时,微生物快速培养检验措施的阳性率显著高于快速血清学检验措施,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;对于其它年龄段的幼儿,2种检验措施的阳性率对比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;对于病程少于1周的患儿,微生物快速培养措施显著高于快速血清学检验措施;对于病程>1周的患儿,微生物快速培养措施显著低于快速血清学检验措施,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。由此可见,在诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染方面,微生物快速培养检验措施具有更好的诊断效果,其阳性率更高,但是如果患儿的病程较长,则快速血清学检验措施更为适用。在临床诊断中,2种检验措施都有一定的应用价值,需要结合患儿的病程和年龄进行选择,2种检验措施联用的诊断准确率更高,值得推广。 In order to study the value and effect of rapid microbial culture and rapid serological test in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,a total of 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected for study. Rapid microbial culture and rapid serological test were used respectively,Compare the diagnostic effects of different test methods on the disease,and compare the diagnostic effects of children with different course of disease and children of different ages. The results showed that the positive rate of rapid microbial culture was significantly higher than that of rapid serum diagnosis,which were 92.23% and 80.00% respectively,P<0.05;The positive rate of rapid microbial culture test was significantly higher than that of rapid serological test(P<0.05);For children of other ages,there was no significant difference in the positive rate of the two test measures(P>0.05);For children with a course of less than 1 week,rapid microbial culture was significantly higher than rapid serological test;For children with course of disease>1 week,rapid microbial culture was significantly lower than rapid serological test(P<0.05). It can be seen that in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,the rapid microbial culture test has better diagnostic effect and higher positive rate. However,if the disease course of children is longer,the rapid serological test is more applicable. In clinical diagnosis,the two test measures have certain application value and need to be selected in combination with the course of disease and age of children. The combination of the two test measures has a higher diagnostic accuracy and is worth popularizing.
