海上油田自生气冻胶泡沫堵水技术实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了抑制渤海油田由于储层非均质性强、水驱开发轮次高等原因引起的严重水窜问题,在对自生气、泡沫与冻胶分别进行筛选优化的基础上,提出了一套配伍性良好、能够满足需要的自生气冻胶泡沫体系,并通过动态实验与可视化模拟实验对该体系的"堵水增油"效果进行了评价。结果表明,该体系对水窜通道的选择性封堵效果十分显著,能够达到降低产水率、提高原油采收率的目的。对于水窜现象严重的海上水驱开发油田,使用该体系进行油井堵水能够起到改善开发效果的作用。 In order to suppress the severe water channeling problem caused by the high heterogeneity of the reservoir in the Bohai Oilfield and high water drive development rounds, based on optimization of self-generated gas, foam and gel, a set of self-generated gel-foam system with good compatibility and able to curb the water channeling in Bohai oilfield was proposed. Through dynamic and visualization experiment, the "water blocking and oil increasing" effect of the system was evaluated. The results showed that the selective water shutoff effect of this system was very significant, which could reduce the water production rate and improve the oil recovery rate. For the development of offshore oilfields with severe water channeling, the application of this system for water shutting can play a role in improving the development effect.
