The operation and transformation scheme of high acid gas desulfurization before and after retrofit are briefly introduced,the calculation process,of equipment,selection,are introduced in detail,the investment situation and cost are analized.The rationality of the design scheme is proved by the operation cost and effect of the retrofitted process and equipment.
