摘要
总结了气体环境中金属丝电爆炸的电流电压波形特征,分析了电爆炸过程中的演化图像和等离子体参数;讨论了纳米颗粒的形成机理,归纳了金属丝电爆炸在制备合金纳米颗粒、金属化合物纳米颗粒的研究;并介绍了基于金属丝电爆炸法的纳米粉体量产装置的进展,最后指出研究面临的挑战和未来发展方向,需要进一步建立金属丝电爆炸特性的高通量数据库,加强对合金纳米颗粒形成机理的研究,并且优化电爆炸法纳米粉体生产装置的工艺参数。
The current and voltage waveform characteristics of wires electrical exploding in gas environment are summrized,and the evolution image and plasma parameters in the process of electric explosion are analyzed.The formation mechanism of nanoparticles is discussed,and the methods in the preparation of alloy nanoparticles and metal compound nanoparticles by wire electric explosion are summarized.The research progress of the mass production device for nano-powder is introduced.Finally,the research challenges and future development are pointed out.It is necessary to develop a high-throughput experimental database of electrical exploding wires,strengthen the research on the physical and chemical mechanisms of alloy nanoparticles,and further optimize the parameters of the mass production equipment.
