摘要
为提高整经机的整经速度、减少换批时间、满足高质高效发展需求,针对直列式筒子架熔融性纱线的整经,设计出筒子架低张力纱线批量切断装置,并增加电热丝专用支承座解决遇热伸长问题;采用可调电压开关电源降低温控难度,并设计对应升降机构和控制电路。实际使用效果表明:整经机筒子架纱线批量切断装置对于熔融性化纤、蚕丝、羊毛及混纺比较高的化纤/棉混纺纱均有较好效果;能够在1 min内完成720只筒子低张力纱线的切断,缩短换批时间,提高生产效率;单套设备花费约为1000元,改造性价比较高;不足在于仅对熔融性纱线使用效果良好,应在纤维素纤维裂解点破坏纱线又不至引起燃烧方面着力研究。
In order to improve warping speed,reduce time of batch changing and meet the demand of high quality and efficient development of warper,a batch cutting device for low-tension yarn of creel is designed for the warping of fusible yarn of in-line creel,and a special support seat for electric heating wire is added to solve the problem of elongation under heat.The adjustable voltage switching power supply is used to reduce the difficulty of temperature control,and the corresponding lifting mechanism and control circuit are designed.The practical application results show that the batch cutting device for yarn of warper has good effect on fusible chemical fiber,silk,wool and chemical fiber/cotton blended yarn with higher blending ratio.It can cut off 720 pieces of low tension yarn in one minute,shorten batch changing time and improve production efficiency;the cost of a single set of equipment is about 1000 yuan,and the transformation is cost-effective;the disadvantage is that it only has good using effect on the fusible yarn.We should focus on how to destroy the yarn at the cracking point of cellulose fibers without causing combustion.
