摘要
心房颤动(简称房颤)是最常见的快速性心律失常之一,房颤所带来的各种并发症,包括血栓栓塞性脑卒中、心力衰竭、认知功能障碍等,严重威胁着人类健康。研究表明,心房的自主神经重构、电重构和心房结构重构共同参与了房颤的发生,其中心房内在自主神经重构在房颤发生发展中起到了重要的作用,但其内在机制尚不明确。目前他汀类药物对心律失常的防治作用已成为研究的热点,他汀类药物不但可以改善心力衰竭后心房结构重构和心肌梗死后交感神经的过度分布,还对房颤等房性心律失常具有防治作用,但其作用机制尚未完全阐明。现就心房自主神经重构与房颤发生的关系,以及他汀类药物对房颤及心房自主神经重构的影响等进行综述,旨在为房颤的临床治疗提供参考。
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common rapid arrhythmia,which can cause various complications,including thromboembrays,heart failure,cognitive dysfunction,etc,severely threatening human health.Studies have indicated that the autonomic neural remodeling,electrical remodeling,and atrial structure remodeling are involved in the occurrence of AF.In particular,the intrinsic autonomic neural remodeling plays an important role in the development of AF,but its intrinsic mechanism is still unclear.At present,the prevention and treatment effects of statins on arrhythmia have become hot spots of research.Statins can improve atrial structural remodeling after heart failure and over distribution of sympathetic nerves after myocardial infarction,but also have prevention and treatment effects on atrial arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation.However,the mechanism of statins has not been fully clarified.This article mainly reviewed the relationship between atrial autonomic neural remodeling and AF,as well as the effects of statins on atrial autonomic neural remodeling and AF,to provide references for the clinical treatment of AF.
