摘要 交通运输行业面临着交通安全、交通效率和节能减排三大难题,智能交通为解决这些问题带来了契机。探讨了智能交通的发展状况,分析了我国交通运输的现存问题,以此提出发展智能交通的必要性。首先,介绍国内外智能交通在运载工具和交通系统两方面的发展现状。在运载工具方面,智能汽车与智能船舶都处于驾驶辅助阶段;在交通系统方面,国内外已经开展智慧海事系统和城市交通控制的应用。然后,提出三方面的技术挑战,即目前人工智能技术水平还难以满足智能交通发展需求、智能系统可靠性验证亟需完善、面向智能车和船系统的法规标准体系亟待构建。最后,对智能交通的未来进行了展望,建议我国须统筹各方力量,推动自主式交通系统发展,实现安全、便捷、高效、绿色、经济的综合交通体系。 The transportation industry is facing three major problems:traffic safety,traffic efficiency and environmental pollution.Intelligent transportation has brought an opportunity to solve these problems.In order to explore the development of intelligent transportation,this paper analyzes the existing problems of transportation in China,and puts forward the necessity of developing intelligent transportation.Firstly,the paper introduces the development status of intelligent transportation in carriers and transportation system at home and abroad.In terms of carriers,both intelligent vehicles and intelligent ships are in the driving assis-tance stage;in terms of transportation system,the smart maritime system and urban traffic control have been applied at home and abroad.Then,the paper puts forward three technical challenges that restrict the development of intelligent transportation,such as the difficulty of artificial intelligence technology to meet the needs of intelligent transportation development,the urgent need to improve the reliability verification of intelligent system,and the urgent need to build the regulations and standards system for intelligent vehicle and ship system.At last,the paper looks forward to the future of intelligent trans-portation,and points out that China must coordinate all forces to promote the development of autono-mous transportation system,and then realize a safe,convenient,efficient,green and economic compre-hensive transportation system.
