摘要
目的:观察学生标准化病人(SSP)应用于《护理学基础》翻转课堂教学的效果。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,选择2017年9月-2019年10月期间哈尔滨医科大学护理学院2017级、2018级156名护理本科生纳入至本次研究中,对照组76名护生采用传统教学法,实验组80名护生应用SSP并结合探究式学习理念开展翻转课堂教学,对比两组理论成绩、操作成绩、自主学习能力及评判性思维量表评分情况。结果:实验组护理本科生理论成绩、操作成绩显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自主学习能力、评判性思维量表评分均增加,且实验组显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:学生标准化病人(SSP)应用于《护理学基础》翻转课堂教学效果显著,建议推广应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of student standardized patient(SSP) in the flipped class teaching of nursing.Methods: Taking the whole group sampling method, 156 nursing undergraduates admitted in the School of Nursing,Harbin Medical University in 2017 and 2018 from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected in the study, in which the control group of 76 nursing students used the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group of 80 nursing students applied SSP and inquiry learning concept in flip classroom teaching. Theoretical score, operation performance,independent learning ability and judgment thinking scale score of the two group were compared. Results: The theoretical scores and operation performance of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of independent learning and judgment thinking scale after intervention increased, and the scores in the control group was significantly higher than those in the experimental group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of student standardized patient(SSP) applied to nursing teaching is remarkable and should be promoted and applied.
