3DP成型工艺在铸造模具领域的应用

摘要 铸造模具被称为“工业之母”,其传统制造多采用木模、消失模、金属模等,以上各工艺均需要通过CNC进行机加工,工序繁琐,制作周期长。采用3DP成型工艺直接打印铸造模具,减化传统铸造模具制造工序,表面粗糙度较好,无需要机械加工制作,提升制作效率,成本低,制造周期较短。 Casting molds are known as the"mother of industry",and their traditional manufacturing mostly uses wooden molds,lost molds and metal molds,etc.All of the above processes need to be machined by CNC,which is cumbersome and has a long production cycle.The 3DP molding process is used to directly print the casting mold,which reduces the traditional casting mold manufacturing process.The surface roughness is better and no mechanical processing is required.The production efficiency is improved while the cost is low and the manufacturing cycle is shorter.
