川崎病病因及冠状动脉损伤机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 川崎病(Kawasaki disease)是一种少见的呈自限性的全身血管炎综合征,目前仍未发现特定的感染性病原体或明确的病因,虽已发现有许多基因的多态性与川崎病的发病有关,但对于川崎病的炎症反应损伤冠状动脉的机制仍不清楚。明确病因、发病机制以及炎症反应如何损伤冠状动脉,对于川崎病的诊治和预防极其重要。本文通过综述川崎病的病因、归纳与川崎病的相关基因,初步探讨川崎病的发病及冠状动脉病变的损伤机制。 Kawasaki disease is a rare self limited systemic vasculitis syndrome.At present,no causative infectious pathogen or definite etiology has been identified.Although many gene polymorphisms have been found to be associated with Kawasaki disease,the mechanism of inflammatory response damaging coronary artery is still unclear.Therefore,to understand the etiology,pathogenesis and how does inflammation response damage the coronary artery for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of KD is extremely important.In this paper,we reviewed the etiology of KD,summarized the related genes of KD,and preliminarily discussed the pathogenesis of KD and the damage mechanism of coronary artery disease.
