单侧穿刺经皮后凸成形术联合唑来膦酸对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者近中期疗效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨单侧穿刺经皮后凸成形术(PKP)联合唑来膦酸对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者近中期疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月于本院接受治疗的113例老年OVCF患者的临床资料,按治疗方式的不同分为对照组(n=57)与观察组(n=56),对照组接受单侧穿刺PKP治疗,观察组接受单侧穿刺PKP联合唑来膦酸治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度、伤椎高度及骨密度。结果治疗后1、3、6个月,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组Cobb角小于对照组,椎体高度、骨密度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单侧穿刺PKP联合唑来膦酸治疗老年OVCF患者近中期疗效显著,能缓解患者疼痛程度,恢复其椎体高度,提高骨密度,预防再次骨折。 Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral puncture percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) combined with zoledronic acid on the osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF) in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 113 elderly OVCF patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(n=57) and observation group(n=56) according to different treatment methods. The control group received unilateral puncture PKP treatment, and the observation group received unilateral puncture PKP combined with Zoledronic acid. The pain level, vertebral height and bone density before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);6 months after treatment, the Cobb angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group, and the vertebral body height and bone density were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with OVCF using unilateral puncture PKP combined with zoledronic acid can relieve the patient’ s pain, restore their vertebral body height, and increase bone density.
