摘要
制备了水性环氧富锌底漆、水性环氧云铁中间漆和水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆为配套的水性重防腐涂料配套体系,并研究了配套体系的各项性能指标。结果表明,水性重防腐涂料配套涂层可以替代传统溶剂型涂料在腐蚀等级为C4(H)以下的腐蚀环境使用。
Waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer, waterborne epoxy micaceous iron oxide intercoat and waterborne acrylic polyurethane topcoat are prepared as supporting systems for waterborne heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings. Their properties for matching systems are studied. The results show that the waterborne heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings can replace the traditional solventbased coatings in the corrosive environment with its corrosion grade less than C4(H).
