摘要
以三山岛金矿新立选矿车间的磨矿分级工艺系统为背景,分析和研究该系统的工艺流程特点,针对该生产工艺特点,在原基础自动化的基础上,结合生产实际开发了一套磨矿分级自动控制系统,并在该选矿厂进行应用[1],应用结果表明,该控制系统保证了旋流器溢流的粒度,提高了磨矿分级的工作效率。
Based on the background of grinding classification system of Xinli concentrator in Sanshandao Gold Mine,the technological process characteristics of the system are analyzed and studied.According to the characteristics of the production process,based on the original basic automation and the actual production,a set of automatic control system for grinding classification has been developed and applied in the concentrator[1].The application results show that the control system ensures the overflow granularity of the hydrocyclone and improves the efficiency of grinding and classification.
