拱桥短吊索弯曲偏转对其力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of short slings’bending deflection on mechanical properties of arch bridges

摘要 为了研究弯曲偏转对中、下承式拱桥短吊索静载性能的影响规律,针对短吊索的基本单元1860级7丝钢绞线,设计了一套试验方案,研究4种弯曲偏转角度(0、10、20、30 mrad)对其力学性能的影响。并利用SolidWorks与ABAQUS软件进行数值模拟。数值模拟与试验结果吻合较好,验证了有限元模型的正确性。研究结果表明:随着弯曲偏转角度的增大,钢绞线的各项力学性能指标均线性减小;弯曲偏转角度每增大10 mrad,钢绞线弹性模量、屈服强度、极限强度、极限延伸率分别降低16.2 GPa、150.3 MPa、180.5 MPa、0.336%。根据短吊索受力情况,推导得到其弯曲应力计算公式,公式计算结果显示弯曲偏转角度与弯曲应力呈线性关系,弯曲偏转角度每增大10 mrad,弯曲应力增加335.7 MPa。 In order to study the influence of bending deflection on static load performance for short sling of half-through or through arch bridge,a set of test scheme was designed for the basic unit of short sling 1860 grade 7-wire steel strand.The effects of four bending deflection angles(0,10,20 and 30 mrad)on its mechanical properties were studied.SolidWorks and ABAQUS softwares were used for numerical simulation.The numerical simulation was in good agreement with the experimental results,which verified the correctness of the finite element model.The results show that the mechanical properties of the steel strand linearly decrease with the increase of the bending deflection angle.The elastic modulus,yield strength,ultimate strength and ultimate elongation of the steel strand decrease by 16.2 GPa,150.3 MPa,180.5 MPa and 0.336%respectively for each increase by 10 mrad of the bending deflection angle.According to the force of the short sling,the formula for calculating the bending stress is derived.The calculation result of the formula shows that the bending deflection angle is linear with the bending stress;With the bending deflection angle increasing by 10 mrad,the bending stress increases by 335.7 MPa.
