摘要
目的探讨中成药三七通舒胶囊的临床应用规律。方法以“三七通舒”为检索词,时间设置为数据库初始时间至2020年12月31日,对中文全文数据库三七通舒胶囊临床相关文献进行筛选整理,纳入应用三七通舒的临床试验类文献,采用文献计量学方法分析文献分布、疾病谱、联合用药规律等。结果整体研究热度近几年有所下降,但临床应用领域在挖掘和扩展,从临床最常见的脑梗死、脑出血、冠心病等循环系统疾病,扩大涉及到糖尿病、癫痫、帕金森病、紫癜等;三七通舒胶囊临床常常联合对症治疗手段,单一用药情况较少,改善微循环的辅助效果明显;整体文献涉及国家级项目较多,多有高校及附属医院支持,研究设计以随机对照试验集中,大部分试验缺乏随访数据。结论整体文献质量情况较好,三七通舒胶囊的扩大应用本质是中医辨证思维的体现,针对瘀血内阻病机变化发挥功用,该药在扩大适应证方面尚有潜力,但常常需要配合疾病常规治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of Sanqi Tongshu capsule.Methods With"Sanqi Tongshu"as the search term,the initial time of the database was set to December 31,2020.The clinical related literatures of Sanqi Tongshu capsules in the Chinese full-text database were screened and sorted out,and the clinical trial literatures of Sanqi Tongshu were included.The bibliometric method was used to analyze the literature distribution,disease spectrum and combination law.Results The overall research heat had declined in recent years,but the clinical application field was excavated and expanded.From the most common circulatory diseases such as cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and coronary heart disease,the expansion involves diabetes,epilepsy,Parkinson's disease,purpura and so on.Sanqi Tongshu capsule was often combined with symptomatic treatment in clinical practice,with less single medication and obvious auxiliary effect in improving microcirculation.The overall literature involved many national projects and was supported by universities and affiliated hospitals.The research design was concentrated in randomized controlled trials,and most trials lacked follow-up data.Conclusion The overall quality of literature is good.The essence of expanded application of Sanqi Tongshu capsule is the embodiment of TCM syndrome differentiation thinking.It plays a role in the pathogenesis of blood stasis and internal resistance.The drug has potential in expanding indications,but it often needs to cooperate with routine treatment of diseases.
