摘要
针对煤矿井下变频器在进行远距离供电时变频功率装置故障率高、驱动电机运行噪声大的不足,提出了一种新的煤矿井下变频器滤波装置,对该变频器滤波装置的滤波原理、整体结构等进行了分析。结果表明,新的变频器滤波装置,能够有效消除供电过程中的谐波,解决驱动电机运行时的异常噪声,可提高供电稳定性。
For the shortcomings of high failure rate of inverter power device and high noise of drive motor operation when underground coal mine inverter is performing long-distance power supply,a new underground coal mine inverter filter device is proposed,and the filtering principle and overall structure of this inverter filter device are analyzed.The results show that the new inverter filter device can effectively eliminate the harmonics in the power supply process,solve the abnormal noise in the drive motor operation,and improve the stiability of power supply.
