摘要
为了评估轴流式通风机的内风筒及导叶结构对气动性能的影响,通过工业通风机标准化风道性能试验,对轴流式通风机的风量、全压、静压、效率进行了分析。研究结果表明,去除内风筒和导叶结构使全压下降了7.1%、静压下降了9.3%、通风机效率下降了5.3%。该研究探究了简化内风筒导叶结构的低成本风机的气动性能,对通风机的实际生产具有重要参考意义。
In order to evaluate the influence of the inner duct and guide vane structure of the axial flow fan on the aerodynamic performance,the air volume,total pressure,static pressure and efficiency of the axial flow fan are analyzed through the standardized air duct performance test of the industrial fan.The research results show that the inner duct and guide vane structure have little influence on the maximum air volume of the fan,but have a great influence on the total pressure,static pressure and efficiency.This study explores the aerodynamic performance of low-cost fan with simplified inner cylinder guide vane structure,which has important reference significance for the actual production of fan.
