摘要
为了保证工作面安全快速过应力破碎区,避免工作面出现煤壁片帮、顶板破碎现象,提高工作面液压支架初撑力及工作阻力,华阳煤矿通过技术研究,分析了端面顶板破碎机理,并对工作面端面破碎顶板提出了"注浆+铺设钢筋网+施工玻璃钢锚杆"等联合控制技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合控制技术后,端面顶板破碎现象得到了有效控制,端面距控制在0.5 m以下,且有效防止了煤壁片帮现象,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to ensure that the working face is safe and fast over the stress crushing zone,avoid the phenomenon of coal wall flake-gang and roof crushing,improve the initial bracing force and working resistance of hydraulic support at the working face,Huayang coal mine through technical research,analyze the mechanism of roof crushing at the end face,and put forward the"grouting+laying steel mesh+construction of glass steel anchors"and other joint control techniques for the broken roof at the working face.The joint control technology such as"grouting+laying reinforcement mesh+constructing glass steel anchor"is proposed for the broken roof plate of the working face.
