摘要
水库的汛期调度是保障其科学安全度汛的必然需要。现阶段,地表水库的汛期调度已经比较成熟完善,但地下水库的汛期调度还处在相对空白阶段。结合乳山河地下水库的汛期调度运用实例,探讨地下水库汛期控制运用指标的计算、调度原则的确定及调度计划的实施。通过对橡胶坝过流能力的计算确定塌坝时机,为指导汛期地下水库调度运行提供了依据。
Reservoir operation in flood season is necessary to ensure its scientific safety during flood season.At present,the operation of surface reservoir in flood season is mature,but the operation of underground reservoir in flood season is still in a relatively blank stage.Based on the operation example of Rushanhe Underground Reservoir in flood season,this paper discusses the calculation of operation index,the determination of operation principle and the implementation of operation plan.Through the calculation of the overflow capacity of the rubber dam,the time of dam collapse is determined,which provides a basis for the operation of the underground reservoir in flood season.
